Cadence is 8 1/2 months old and is such a joy to our lives! Cadie is crawling all over the place & she’s pretty much standing on her own. She likes Owsald, and biting technology like remotes and cords.  (She’s biting my laptop cord presently…) She’s starting to say “Mam” which sort of sounds like “Mom.” It makes me smile. Speaking of smiling, she smiles all the time. What a smiler. She smiles especially when there’s a camera in her face. Her favorite books include some Dr. Seuss, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, The Polar Bear, and the kids Bible, of course! We’ve also picked up some way cool books of poetry. That’s fun. Randomly, Cadie will squawk really loudly - cute, but not fun when it’s right in your ear. Ha ha. Cadie’s very tall and I have a hard time keeping up with her clothes! She wears 12 month old clothes, but wears bigger shoes (the few times she has worn shoes!) Very long legs indeed, but a slender body. Her favorite things to do are crawl and play with Daddy, who can make her laugh any time of day. She’s also doing swim lessons with Mommy once a week at a local swim school. Too fun. Cadie’s always doing something - I call her my busy bee. On October 26th, she’ll be 9 months old! Holy cow!
